Thiruvananthapuram, Dec. 26 -- Emerging as a clear symbol of development-led politics in the Thiruvananthapuram Municipal Corporation, independent councillor M Radhakrishnan has become the first elected representative in the new Corporation to unveil a comprehensive, ward-level development blueprint, placing Kannammoola firmly on the city's roadmap for sustainable urban transformation.
Radhakrishnan, who won the Kannammoola ward by defeating candidates of all three political fronts, presented the plan titled "Green Flow Kannammoola," underscoring his campaign promise that development, not political alignment, would guide his public life.
