Bhopal, May 6 -- Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav on Tuesday announced that mock drills emergency response protocols will be held tomorrow at 4 pm in five cities of the state -- Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior, Jabalpur and Katni.
Addressing cabinet ministers ahead of the council meeting, Yadav said the mock drill will encompass the activation of emergency sirens, controlled blackouts, the safeguarding of critical infrastructure and coordinated evacuation and first-response procedures designed to mirror crisis scenarios.
District collectors and police officers have been given detailed instructions to carry out the drill smoothly.
