Pune, Jan. 12 -- Stating that sincere efforts have been made so far to resolve citizens' issues through a 24-hour public service office, Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Raghavendra Bappu Mankar announced the launch of a "Mobile Grievance Redressal Office" to provide urgent services to senior citizens directly at their homes.

He made this assurance while interacting with residents during election campaigning.

He said that Ward No. 25, which includes the Shanivar Peth and Mahatma Phule Market areas, has a large population of senior citizens.
