Aizawl, Feb. 14 -- Former Mizoram Chief Minister Zoramthanga criticised the Zoram People's Movement (ZPM) government, warning that handing over Lengpui Airport to the Indian Air Force (IAF) would be a political blunder.
Addressing party members at 'Hnam Run', the Mizo National Front (MNF) headquarters, on Friday, the opposition leader challenged Chief Minister Lalduhoma's government to proceed with the transfer if they dared, calling it a move that would backfire.
"Let's see if they have the nerve to go through with it-because it will be their political suicide," he declared.
