Shahpur, Oct. 31 -- MLA and Deputy Chief Whip of the Shahpur Assembly Constituency, Kewal Singh Pathania, today directed officials to undertake immediate repair work on a damaged portion of the Ghera-Kareri road, aiming for the full restoration of the Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) bus service.
The directive followed Pathania's personal inspection of the route, during which he travelled from Ghera to Kareri by HRTC bus along with villagers and officials. The bus service had been suspended following road damage, prompting an appeal from local villagers in the Dharkandi area.
