Dehra, Nov. 13 -- MLA Kamlesh Thakur directed officials to expedite ongoing development works and ensure transparency and accountability in public welfare projects.
She was presiding over a review meeting of various schemes of the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department held at the Panchayat Samiti Hall in Dehra on Tuesday (yesterday).
The meeting was attended by SDM Dehra Kulwant Singh Potan, BDO Sanjeev, Panchayat Secretaries, Technical Assistants, and Gram Rojgar Sevaks, among others.
During the review, Ms Thakur emphasized that public welfare must remain the top priority and warned officials against any negligence in implementing development schemes.
