Aizawl, Sept. 24 -- Mizoram University (MZU) today inaugurated its Mass Blood Donation and Women's Health Camp, at the Multipurpose Hall, MZU, marking a significant step in promoting health awareness and social welfare in the community.
The inaugural programme began with a welcome address by Prof. Benjamin L. Saitluanga, Programme Coordinator of the National Service Scheme (NSS) unit, who underscored the importance of collective efforts in advancing public health and community welfare.
Vice-Chancellor of Mizoram University, Prof. Dibakar Chandra Deka, was the Chief Guest at the event. He formally inaugurated the camp with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and encouraged students, faculty, and staff to actively participate.
