Aizawl, Jan. 23 -- Mizoram has emerged as the overall champion at the IndiaSkills Northeast Regional Competition 2025-26, organised by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, after delivering a standout performance at the four-day event held at Guwahati University from January 19 to 22.
The state's competitors dominated the regional meet, securing a total of 24 awards, including nine Gold medals, three Silver medals, three Bronze medals and six Medallions for Excellence. With this medal haul, Mizoram finished as the best-performing state among the Northeastern participants.
