Aizawl, Dec. 2 -- Mizoram's two MPs - Lok Sabha member Richard Vanlalhmangaiha and Rajya Sabha member K. Vanlalvena - on Tuesday raised separate but significant concerns ahead of the Winter Session of Parliament, with Vanlalhmangaiha calling for an anti-defection law for Autonomous District Councils (ADCs) and Vanlalvena criticising the near-daily adjournments that have disrupted parliamentary proceedings.

Both issues were highlighted during a meeting of all Parliamentary floor leaders held at the Parliament Annexe Committee Room as part of session preparations.
