Aizawl, Sept. 19 -- Mizoram government today launched the second phase of the Mizoram Government's flagship programme, the 'Bana Kaih Scheme Phase II,' at the Irrigation & Water Resources Department Auditorium in Aizawl.
Dr. KC Lalmalsawmzauva, Adviser to the Chief Minister and Vice Chairman of the Mizoram State Policy Coordination Committee, who launched the scheme, outlined that the upgraded scheme would benefit a diverse group of individuals, including urban dwellers, skilled workers, aspiring entrepreneurs, and those seeking to expand their businesses.
