Aizawl, Aug. 4 -- While fuel availability in Mizoram has seen a slight improvement following the state government's efforts, the deteriorating condition of National Highways 306 and 06-key arteries of the state's transport network-continues to wreak havoc, leading to a severe shortage of essential goods.
