Aizawl, Jan. 30 -- Mizoram continues its fight against leprosy, with 10 patients currently receiving medical treatment and approximately 1,500 cases recorded by the state's health and family welfare department over the years, some of whom have since passed away.
Speaking at an event in Aizawl on World Leprosy Day, State Leprosy Officer Dr. Lalawmpuia Chhangte said Aizawl district has four active cases, followed by Lawngtlai three, Lunglei two, and Kolasib with one.
