Aizawl, Dec. 19 -- Mizoram Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) vice president C. Ngunlianchunga on Friday accused Chief Minister Lalduhoma of unilaterally scrapping a proposed coalition between the Zoram People's Movement (ZPM) and the Congress in the Lai Autonomous District Council (LADC), alleging that the decision was driven by fear of the BJP.
Addressing party workers at the Lai District Congress Committee office in Lawngtlai, the LADC headquarters, Ngunlianchunga, who is also the Congress MLA from Lawngtlai West, claimed that all formalities for forming a ZPM- Congress executive committee in the LADC had been completed.
