Aizawl, Feb. 19 -- Mizoram Governor Gen. Vijay Kumar Singh on Wednesday underscored the state government's commitment to fostering inclusive economic growth through its flagship 'Banakaih' or Handholding Scheme, aligning with the broader vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 and the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Delivering his customary address on the inaugural day of the budget session of the Mizoram Legislative Assembly, Gen.
