Hyderabad, Jan. 29 -- Telangana Panchayat Raj, Rural Water Supply, Women, and Child Welfare Minister Danasari Anasuya Seethakka has directed Mission Bhagiratha staff to prepare a comprehensive plan for the next five months to ensure uninterrupted drinking water supply, especially during the summer months.
Reviewing the Mission Bhagiratha (Water Supply Scheme) at its office in Erramanjil on Wednesday, the Minister stressed the importance of ensuring that people do not face water shortages. She emphasised that water is a fundamental necessity and every individual should receive at least 100 liters of drinking water daily.
