Lucknow, Sept. 12 -- One of India's leading leather exporters, Mirza International Group, has come under the scanner of the Income Tax Department. In a coordinated crackdown, the department launched simultaneous raids on over 45 locations linked to the company across Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Uttarakhand, and Kolkata.

According to sources, a large cache of documents, laptops, and mobile phones has been seized during the raids. These materials are expected to provide crucial evidence related to tax evasion and financial irregularities.
