Shimla, Feb. 27 -- In a rare but sensitive case reflecting the importance of education and parental understanding, a 14-year-old girl from Theog subdivision of Shimla district was traced and reunited with her family within two hours of a complaint being lodged.
According to police sources, Indra, a resident of Tehsil Theog, approached Deha Police Station on February 26, reporting that her daughter had left home around 12:30 p.m. on February 25 without informing the family.
Acting swiftly, the police initiated inquiries and conducted searches at possible locations.
