Bhopal, Feb. 6 -- Four criminals gang raped a minor girl after abducting her while she was on her way to appear in her pre-Board exam for Class VIII in the Mauganj town of Madhya Pradesh, police said on Friday.
According to police, the incident was reported on Thursday, and the victim was admitted to a hospital in an unconscious state.
The police have taken one person in custody in connection with the case.
As per the information, the 14-year-old girl was going with her female friend to take the exam. On the way, the four accused on motorcycles allegedly accosted them and took the victim to a forested area, where they allegedly committed gang rape.
