Dhule, Nov. 23 -- A 14-year-old boy from Bhampur Shewar village in Dhule district was allegedly kidnapped and brutally assaulted over suspicion of stealing a tractor light.
Police said today two individuals have been arrested in connection with the incident, while the injured child continues to receive treatment at the Sherpur Sub-District Hospital.
According to officials, the boy, identified as Himanshu, was reported missing by his parents on Saturday morning after he failed to return home by noon. He later returned home in the evening with multiple injuries.
