Hyderabad, June 6 -- Telangana Irrigation Minister Capt N Uttam Kumar Reddy reaffirmed the state government's determination to resist Andhra Pradesh's proposed Godavari-Banakacharla Link Project, calling it a blatant violation of inter-state water-sharing norms.

Speaking to the media at the Dr B R Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat on Friday, the Minister said he had written multiple letters to the Centre, exposing Andhra Pradesh's attempt to divert Godavari floodwaters to Rayalaseema without mandatory approvals.
