New Delhi, Aug. 29 -- Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal today launched the curtain raiser for 'Bharat Buildcon 2026' in the national Capital.
Addressing industry representatives, Goyal urged stakeholders to identify sectors where alternate markets are required, noting that the Commerce Ministry is already engaging with partners across the world.
"Alongside global outreach, boosting domestic consumption remains a priority," he said, adding that the upcoming GST Council meeting is expected to announce measures aimed at stimulating demand and giving a strong push to domestic manufacturing.
