Hyderabad, May 14 -- Telangana Revenue, Housing, Information and Public Relations Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy paid a courtesy call on Governor Jishnudev Varma on Wednesday.
During the meeting, the Minister briefed the Governor in detail about the implementation of the Bhu Bharati Act and the Indiramma Housing Scheme, both flagship initiatives of the State Government.
He informed the Governor that under the Indiramma Housing Scheme, the State Government is sanctioning 4.5 lakh houses this year, allocating 3,500 houses per legislative representative.
