Kolkata, July 11 -- The mineral-rich Assam received huge investment proposals as the state has secured 14 MoUs signed in the mining sector during the Advantage Assam Investment Summit here, which was organised by ASSOCHAM here today.

According to additional chief secretary of Assam, department of Home, Mines and Minerals Ajay Tewary said that at the 3rd edition of Minerals and Mining Conclave 2025 organised by ASSOCHAM, the state secured huge investment proposals with a as many as 14 MoUs were signed, all in the mining sector.
