Hyderabad, Feb. 24 -- Miltenyi Biotec, a global leader in cell and gene therapy (CGT) solutions, on Monday launched India's first-ever dedicated cell & gene therapy center-of-excellence (CoE) at Genome Valley, India's leading life sciences hub, in Hyderabad.
The MITC (Miltenyi innovation and technology center) was inaugurated by Telangana IT and Industries Minster D. Sridhar Babu and Dr. Kathrin Misera-Lang, Consul General (interim) of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of India, Chennai in the presence of Dr. Toon Overstijns, Managing Director, Miltenyi Biomedicine, Member of the Board, Miltenyi Biotec B.V. & Co. KG.
Spanning 1,800 sqm , MITC is designed to advance cell and gene therapy development.
