Mexico City, Feb. 18 -- The Mexican government will take Google to court if the company ignores its letter disputing the rename of the Gulf of Mexico into the Gulf on America, in line with US President Donald Trump's executive order, for users outside of the US, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said on Monday.

"We will await a response from Google, and if there is none, we will take legal action. They have no right. The US has adopted an order regarding its continental shelf. Google has not right to rename the platform for Mexico and Cuba, and that is why this situation has arisen," Sheinbaum said during a press conference at the National Palace.
