New Delhi, Oct. 22 -- Meta and Blue Owl Capital entered into a joint venture agreement to develop and own the Hyperion data center campus, a Meta statement said today.
Tech giant Meta will provide construction management and property management services for the project.
This innovative partnership is designed in such a way that Blue Owl Capital will own an 80pc interest in the joint venture, while Meta will retain the remaining 20pc ownership.
Both these parties have committed to fund their respective pro rata share of approximately USD 27 billion in total development costs.
