Aizawl, April 22 -- Emphasising the crucial role of science and technology in building a sustainable future, the Meteorological Centre in Aizawl observed Earth Day 2025 with a thematic event centred around "Our Power, Our Planet."
Held at the Centre's premises on Tuesday, the programme brought together educators, government officials, and climate science professionals to reflect on environmental responsibility and the contribution of meteorological services in enhancing disaster preparedness and climate resilience.
