Thiruvananthapuram, Aug. 23 -- The Argentine Football Association (AFA) has officially confirmed that Lionel Messi and the Argentina national football team will play an exhibition match in Kerala between November 10 and 18, 2025.
The fixture will be held at the Greenfield Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram, in what promises to be a landmark sporting event for the state.
The event is being organised by the Kerala government in partnership with Reporter Broadcasting Company Private Limited. The confirmation ends months of speculation after unverified reports earlier this year suggested the tour might be cancelled due to scheduling conflicts.
