Srinagar, March 3 -- Former Chief Minister and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti on Tuesday strongly criticised the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), accusing it of remaining a "mute spectator" amid what she described as blatant aggression against Iran.
