Srinagar, Sept. 25 -- Hours after the union Home Ministry cancelled the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) licence of the Students' Educational and Cultural Movement of Ladakh (SECMOL), founded by noted activist Sonam Wangchuk, PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti said the move was "not governance but frustration disguised as punishment.""The Home Ministry's cancellation of Sonam Wangchuk's FCRA license is not governance,its frustration disguised as punishment.
