Shillong, March 23 -- Meghalaya Education Minister Lahkmen Rymbui on Monday said that the government remains committed to ensuring quality and equitable education for all students, irrespective of geographical challenges.
Inaugurating the newly constructed building of Mawmihthed RMSA Secondary School in East Khasi Hills district, Rymbui emphasised that improved infrastructure plays a key role in enhancing the learning experience and motivating students to achieve higher goals.
Highlighting the importance of holistic education, the minister urged students to actively engage in extra-curricular activities alongside academics, noting that education extends beyond textbooks to include character building and life skills.
