Tura, June 19 -- Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on Thursday reiterated his government's commitment to education during the Education Conclave held in Tura.

The conclave brought together stakeholders and government officials on interventions to upscale the standard of education in the state.

A significant highlight of the conclave was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Mothers' Union Tura for the management of 20 Government Lower Primary (LP) Schools.

The collaboration aims to enhance learning outcomes through community engagement and shared responsibility.
