Shillong, Jan. 17 -- The third 'cabinet retreat' of the Meghalaya government is underway at the New Shillong Township, focusing on the ten commitments and ten opportunities laid down in the state's Vision 2028 and Vision 2032.

The event, chaired by Chief Minister Conrad Sangma, brought together cabinet ministers and senior officials of different departments to review progress, deliberate on outcomes, and set an ambitious roadmap for the future of the state.

"Every cabinet retreat has got a different theme to it, but the general objective is to align with the larger vision of the state government and to understand what every other department is doing," the Chief Minister told reporters.
