Shillong, July 20 -- A lower court here in Meghalaya has extended the judicial custody of Sonam Raghuvanshi, the prime accused of murdering her husband Raja Raghuvanshi and four other co-accused in the case for 14 days.



Sonam and her "boyfriend" Raj Singh Kushwaha were produced before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC), Don Kitbor Koshy Mihsill on July 18, Assistant Public Prosecutor, Tushar Chanda said on Sunday.



While the three other accused Vishal Singh Chauhan, Akash Rajput and Anand Kurmi were produced before the Court of JMFC on July 17 respectively, he said.



All the five accused were presented before the court through a video conference arranged by the officials at the Shillong district jail.
