Shillong, Nov. 10 -- Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma on Monday held a block-level 'CM Connect' interactive programme with citizens at Amlarem Civil Sub-division in West Jaintia Hills district.

People highlighted various grievances in response to which the CM directed officials for initiating time-bound solutions, including the posting of a medical officer at Padu Dispensary, review of JJM schemes for source adequacy and power connection for all Anganwadi Centres.

He told the people that CM Connect represents the Government's commitment to responsive and transparent governance by listening to people's issues first-hand and taking swift administrative action.
