New Delhi, Aug. 30 -- The core focus of India's MedTech sector should remain on improving patient care and creating high-quality, cost-effective medical devices for both domestic and global markets, union Pharma Secretary Amit Agrawal said here at an event, according to a government statement today.
In his address at the 17th CII Global MedTech Summit 2025, Agrawal highlighted that with India's vast population and rapidly growing economy, the demand for affordable healthcare solutions will continue to rise at double-digit growth rates in the coming years.
