Hajipur, Jan. 22 -- Criminals looted medicines worth Rs 50 lakhs from a truck near Chakfatah village under Jandaha police station area in Vaishali district.
Police said here today that six armed criminals stopped a truck loaded with medicines and asked the driver and the conductor to step down from the vehicle late last night. Later, they escaped driving the truck loaded with medicines, police added.
"An FIR in this connection has been registered at the concerned police station," police said, adding that raids were being carried out to nab the criminals and recover looted medicines.
