New Delhi, Nov. 30 -- Voting for the by-elections across 12 wards of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) concluded smoothly and peacefully on Sunday, registering a voter turnout of 38.51 per cent, the State Election Commission said after polling concluded at 5.30 pm.
As per the data available so far, Chandni Mahal ward registered the highest voter turnout of 55.93 per cent, followed by Mundka - 44.5 per cent, Sangam Vihar A- 44.4 per cent.
According to tentative data, Greater Kailash had the lowest votes polled at 26.76 per cent till 5.30 pm.
The voting percentage till 5.30 pm was around 38.51 per cent, as per the tentative data available.
