New Delhi, Nov. 29 -- Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva on Friday said the party-run state government's initiatives on cleanliness, improving sanitation, electricity, water supply, waiving penalties on water bills, Yamuna cleaning work, and several other works, have generated peoples' faith in the party.
He expressed confidence regarding the up-coming by-elections in 12 MCD wards, claiming that public mood is in favor of his party.
Sachdeva, taking a dig at AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, said that every election in Delhi is important, but the AAP supremo, who is usually seen across the country campaigning for his party, has been absent from the MCD by- polls campaigning, terming it a "silent pre-acceptance of defeat".
