Ch. Sambhajinagar, Oct. 5 -- The spread of narcotic substances from major cities like Mumbai and Pune has now reached Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, where police arrested an MBA graduate allegedly involved in drug trafficking in the Begumpura area.

The accused, identified as Khadri Maroof Ahmed Shahid Ahmed, was found in possession of LSD, one of the most potent and expensive synthetic drugs.

According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) Ratnakar Nawale, police recovered ten small pieces of blotting paper imprinted with various pictures, each containing LSD, weighing a total of 0.09 grams and valued at approximately Rs 1 lakh.
