Lucknow, April 17 -- Mayawati, president of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), on Friday accused major political parties of adopting a "double standard" on issues related to constitutional and legal rights of Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC).
