Prayagraj, Dec. 12 -- No argument took place in the case related to the Mathura Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Eidgah Mosque dispute today. The court did not record any arguments after it was informed that the Supreme Court will hear the Mathura case on December 16.
A single bench of Justice Avneesh Saxena was hearing the case. The High Court has set the next date for hearing the case on January 23. However, during today's hearing, an amendment petition was filed by Shakumbhari Peethadheeshwar Ashutosh Pandey, president of the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nirman Trust, Mathura. The amendment petition added several important facts to the case.
