Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, July 5 -- The Aurangabad bench of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT) has nullified the state government's retrospective alteration of eligibility criteria for Unskilled Artisan (Transport) positions, directing appointment for four disqualified candidates.
The bench, comprising Justice V K Jadhav (Vice Chairman) and Vinay Kargaonkar (Member A), ruled the state's March 2024 reinterpretation violated constitutional guarantees of fairness and transparency,
