Hyderabad, Sept. 18 -- Warangal In-charge Minister and State Revenue, Housing, Information and Public Relations Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy announced that the master plan for the Medaram Jatara, popularly known as the Telangana Kumbh Mela, to be held in January 2026, has been finalised.

The plan includes modernisation of the Samakka-Saralamma Gaddelas and enhanced facilities for devotees, while preserving tribal cultural traditions.

Medaram Jatara, also known as Sammakka Saralamma Jatara, is a biennial tribal festival held in Telangana, and attracts millions of devotees from various states.
