Nagpur, Nov. 19 -- A major fire erupted behind the Mercedes and BYD showrooms in the MIDC Hingna industrial area today evening, triggering panic among locals and commuters.
Thick plumes of black smoke billowed into the sky and were visible from several kilometres away, drawing crowds to the spot.
Teams from the Fire Brigade and Emergency Department rushed to the site and immediately began firefighting operations.
Firefighters continued their efforts late into the evening as flames spread rapidly through the area.
