Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Aug. 6 -- The Center has approved Rs 2,179 cr to double the 177-km Aurangabad-Parbhani railway line, a move hailed by Maharashtra Energy Minister Atul Save as a historic leap for Marathwada's development. Save stated this critical infrastructure project would transform regional connectivity, directly linking industrial hubs like Aurangabad Industrial City (AURIC) to the rail network. This is expected to attract investment and strengthen local industries.
