Mumbai, Sept. 17 -- The implementation of reservations for the Maratha community is likely to be delayed once again due to legal challenges against a recent government resolution.
This situation follows a protest initiated by Manoj Jarange and his supporters in Mumbai during the Ganesh festival. In response to the protest, the state government had issued a resolution to halt Jarange's agitation, stating that many of the demands had been accepted.
