Ranchi, Dec. 19 -- : Leader of the Opposition and state BJP president Babulal Marandi has written to Chief Minister Hemant Soren seeking a comprehensive investigation into alleged irregularities related to land belonging to the Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) in Ranchi.
In his letter, Marandi referred to the land popularly known as the DIG Ground and said the Jharkhand High Court had directed removal of encroachment and restoration of the land to RIMS management. He alleged that despite the court's order, construction activities were permitted and apartments were sold using forged documents.
