Bhubaneswar, July 7 -- Manmohan Samal, the incumbent Odisha unit BJP president, is all set to be reelected to the saffron party's top post in the coastal State as he was the lone candidate to file nomination papers today for the party president election.

The declaration of Samal, under whose tenure BJP came to power for the first time in the State, as the party's new president is now a mere formality, as he will be declared unopposed on July 8. Voting for the post of state president will not be required as no other contestant filed nomination papers today.
