Chandigarh, Aug. 20 -- The mysterious death of Manisha, a female teacher from Bhiwani, Haryana, has taken a new turn as the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has been tasked with unraveling whether it was a case of murder or suicide. Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Saini announced that the case has been handed over to the CBI in response to demands from Manisha's family, assuring that justice will be served.
Manisha's body has been transported to Delhi for a third post-mortem at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), following earlier examinations at Bhiwani Civil Hospital and Rohtak PGI. After the procedure, her last rites are expected to be performed in her native village, Dhani Laxman.
